Due diligence is a very important part and the most time-consuming part of the auction, beginning with researching the horses, pulling horses to examine confirmation, and getting vet checks. After reviewing the horses, you will have a clear idea of what horses you will be bidding on. This experience will consist of a single horse purchased either at auction or privately and will terminate once the horse is no longer able to race for Tobin Stables.

- 18-5% increments
- 5% down payment of $3,734.00 covers Horse purchase, 2 months estimated expenses on hand
- Dissolves when horse is sold or no longer racing

- 18-5% Increments
